Mama and my Father kept Diaries. For the most part they are just a record of events of the day. I have excerpts from March 5 - 12 1961 and March 5 & 6 1961. My mother copied these for me as March 6, 1961 is the day I was born. After Mama died the Diaries were passed around by family members. Where they are now I have no idea. I heard they were in a garage, got moldy and were discarded, but I don't know. For some reason I have 1959, and over time I will add pages from it to this site. If any of the others have survived somehow I would love to scan them and include them here. On my next trip to Connecticut I will pick up my father's and start to add them.
